Established in 2016, Iconix Skills Academy Sdn Bhd provides value-added services in a hands-on learning environment operates in Malaysia delivering training programmes and services and has successfully trained various types of professionals and students.
Our students are coming from whole Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak. We work with more than 50 companies to provide on-job-training (OJT) to our students, and most of our students are hired after completion of the programme.
Our trainers are HRDF certified and have vast experience of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) system and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) system at the trenchless industry in Malaysia and Overseas.

In Iconix Skills Academy (ICSA), we always believe that trainees need to explore with the real working environment in order to have an effective training. To do this, we have setup complete facilities on:
Fiber Optic Facilities Fiber optic cable network from Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) at central office up to Fiber Wall Socket (FWS) inside customer premises. Through this simulated practical environment, trainees will be able to learn outside plant and inside plant on fiber optic installation and maintenance to be carried out for underground and overhead fiber optic distribution network. In addition, we have equipped our training facility with the latest fusion splicer from Fujikura and OTDR from Anritsu for cable jointing and cable testing. This is to ensure that trainee will be able to carry the tasks for FTTx installation included cable pulling as well.
Horizontal Directional Drilling Facilities Two (2) types of virtual reality (VR) simulator to practical the whole horizontal directional drilling process for machine operation and pilot bore operation. Through the simulated practical environment in VR simulator, trainees will be able to experience the activities for both machine operator and pilot bore operator with a clear image on underground utilities. In addition, we have equipped our training facility with the sieve analyze machine and drilling fluid mixing equipment to complete the whole process for HDD. This is to ensure that trainee will be able to carry the tasks for HDD from HDD Pre-Bore Profiling, drilling fluid mixing until machine and pilot bore operation.
