This programme aims to provide extensive knowledge of fiber optics technology and applications with a demonstration of practical skills learned through multiple tasks from planning up to deployment. It would enable the younger generation to be equipped with technical competence and capabilities to cater to the demands for expertise and professionals in achieving High-Speed Broadband (HSBB) access under Jalinan Digital Negara (JENDELA) project. The demand for skilled workers and experts in the area of fiber connectivity is expected to escalate in the coming years.
